The Rank for $ales Weekly Newsletter, page 16

(Continued)     August 28, 2004 edition

For your information, there is already a class action lawsuit that was filed against Traffic Power and you should contact the law firm that represents that class action. You can find more information here: http://www.trafficpowersucks.com/ and in the other links I provided earlier.

The whole Traffic Power mess could have been completely avoided if people would carefully choose their SEO company BEFORE going ahead with any changes to their sites.

This also underlines the importance of dealing with a reputable firm that has a strong code of ethics and that really will help you increasing the visibility of your site in the search engines. Good luck and I sure hope you come to the right decision.

Our two featured articles for the week ending August 27, 2004:

1) Keyword Trademark Infringements and how to protect your company

The insurer charged the two companies with infringing on its trademarks when they sold them as keywords to Geico's rivals, so that the protected terms could appear in sponsored search results.
