Hello Serge. Thanks for a very informative newsletter. Here’s my dilemma: We have a small e-commerce site, with an online catalogue where people can browse through and then can make a purchase. I’m trying to put your techniques and suggestions as much as I possibly can for my site and decided to check my results on the major search engines back in March and April.

Some of the results made me happy, but I’m still not too pleased for some of the others. For example, some of our keywords are doing pretty good and bringing in some decent traffic. However, I am checking our rankings once every two weeks and the numbers have me really confused. Why do our rankings on some search engines fluctuate so wildly, from the low end to almost the top?
